Please explain your policy on order processing and preparation. I came to pick up an order I’d placed via Dordash, and I was told to wait 3–5 minutes. Okay, I went outside and waited about 7 minutes, but since the café has clear windows, I saw that two other customers had come in after me, paid for their orders, and sat down to wait. I went inside, thinking my order was ready and I could pick it up, but I was told to wait a couple more minutes. I thought, "Fine." Then I saw the barista preparing three drinks. I thought they were for me, but no—they were for the customer who came in after me, and then another drink for the next person who arrived after me. I should note that they paid for their order at the restaurant, not online. I asked, “How is that possible?” and was told, “Well, you’ll just have to wait a little longer.” My order was four lattes. The first customer who came in after me had three lattes. I just wasted 17 minutes for nothing—that’s very unprofessional. Please follow the order of requests when processing them.

Great coffee and nice service. I was also surprised by how fast they made the coffee (without compromising quality) compared to the usual slow service in other blue bottle branches. The best of their stores so far!

If you’re looking for good coffee, Blue Bottle is always a safe bet—and this location was no exception. The ambiance was lovely, the staff friendly, and the coffee excellent. I walked in late at night and the place was still open and buzzing. I asked for my tea in a mug, and even the presentation didn’t disappoint.

So good! Any time I am in Santa Monica for work, I make sure to stop here at least once as we don't have Blue Bottle in Las Vegas. The menu is pretty simple and not too extensive. I love lattes, and they have 2 different kinds, I go for the iced sweet latte. It's really simple and very tasty. I'm not a fan of strong tasting coffees, and this one is perfect. They also have some good food options if you are hungry. It can get pretty busy in here as it gets later in the morning. I ended up here both times around 8:45 or so with a line up to the door. The staff is very nice and tries to get through the line as quickly as they can while also making drinks and food. They handle it very well! Great coffee and very nice service. I love it here and wish I could get this all the time back home!
